Our Senior Pastor Bishop Gospel Frempong Osei-Tutu is the founder and General Overseer of Winning Grace International Church with branches in Ghana and Hamburg-Germany.

Bishop Osei-Tutu is a native of Ghana, and married to Mrs. Sarah Osei-Tutu and blessed with two girls and two boys. He was Born Again in 1980 while in High School and maintained his devotion to God till he was called into full time ministry in 1985.

Pastor Gospel had his first Pastoral Training in Benin City of Nigeria in 1988 and served as the Associate pastor of the Redemption Hour Faith Ministry, before the Lord led Him to pioneer Winning Grace International Church in Ghana in 1991.

He holds BA degree in Pastoral Ministry, Master of Divinity, and Doctorate in Biblical studies and Counseling. Bishop is also a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association in Sarasota Florida.

Bishop Osei-Tutu is a Pastor and Teacher by calling and ministers the word of God with great passion and compassion yet without fear or favor. He is motivated by love and is very accessible to all who need His services for the cause of Christ and Humanity. In character, Osei-Tutu is a real godly man who fears the Lord and walks in His statutes. He is also a person of integrity and patient in his dealings.
