Rev. & Mrs. Emma Osei Adu - Associate Pastor

Rev. Charles Osei-Adu and his dearest wife Deaconess Emma Osei-Adu joined the WGIC family in 1995 in Ghana -West Africa. One year later his family moved to resettle in the United States. He first settled in Virginia supporting other churches until WGIC was birthed in Baltimore, MD.

Being convinced in his spirit and with the support of his wife they moved again to Baltimore to support Bishop Osei-Tutu and Winning Grace International Church. Since their arrival he has demonstrated a lot of commitment and faithfulness to the work.

He functions in the church as an associate pastor in charge of Prayer and Deliverance. He is also involved in "one on one" pastoral counseling helping members to grow into maturity. Recently he was officially ordained as a pastor and his wife ordained as the first Deaconess in this church. They are blessed with three wonderful children. Pastor Charles is a real devoted Christian.

Rev Martin Wise

Rev. Martin Wise was saved as an adult in 1984 at New Shiloh Baptism Church. He was in lay ministries at Solid Rock and Rock Churches from 1984 to 1990, where he served as a teacher in the adults and young adults bible school ministries. He also served in the altar workers evangelism, prison, ushers, greeters, block party and host of other ministries and facilitator of care and cell groups at these churches.

Probably if we count all the ministries that he was a member of in various churches, it would include every ministry except the choir, dance and women's ministries.

He was appointed associate pastor at Word of Truth Deliverance Church in 1991; and ordained as a pastor in 1992. Pastor Martin started the Church of the Rising Son and the School of the Rising Son (Pre-K through 12th grades) and was co-pastor of Harbor Light Christian Church in 1992. He moved the church and the school to 5301 Harford Road in 1995 and started the College of the Rising Son (an Oral Roberts Satellite College), where he served as chancellor and dean of studies. He was forced into retirement because of a paralyzing illness in 2000.

By the grace of God he has recovered and has been at Winning Grace International Church since 2002, where he serves as an assistant Pastor.
